HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Our pieces are made using water-resistant, anti-tarnish materials. To keep them looking their best, avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store your jewelry in a dry place when not in use.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZATION?
Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. If you have a specific design in mind or would like to customize a piece, feel free to reach out to us via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM. We’ll be happy to discuss your ideas and see what we can create together.
WHY DOES MY JEWELERY LOOK DARKER THAN GOLD IS IT TARNISHED?
Not all gold-tone jewelry has the same shade. Stainless steel gold-tone pieces can have a deeper, slightly darker gold finish, while our Chinese gold pieces typically have a brighter, warmer tone that more closely resembles real gold.
This difference in color is normal and depends on the material and finishing process used for each piece. It doesn’t necessarily mean your jewelry is tarnished or damaged.
